Bupa St. Kilda's Care Centre Extension in Cambridge: A fusion of expansion and excellence nestled in the heart of Cambridge. This new endeavour marks a milestone in providing personalized care and enhanced comfort for our elderly residents. Expanding the existing care centre by 1500m2 and introducing 16 additional apartments, BMC is redefining standards in care services within the Waikato district. As we approach completion, our commitment remains unwavering in delivering unparalleled quality and innovative solutions.
Our experience, combined with well- established working relationships with project consultants and key subcontractors on southern projects has helped paved the way for our northern team to expand into a new region, whilst continuing to offer a service to our clients that is second to none. This stunning location in Maunu, Northland provides a unique sense of semi-rural living, whilst remaining close to important infrastructure such and Whangarei Hospital and the city centre. With civil works well underway on the project, BMC have commenced construction of the Care Centre in mid 2023. This 3500m2, 61 room beautifully designed building is the first of multiple care facilities on the 20 hectare site, with a combination of standalone villa style housing commencing later in 2023.
BMC were engaged to undertake this striking townhouse development, consisting of 9 contemporary units on the busy Cranford st in Christchurch. This project had a number of challenges due to the site’s location but between the client’s consultant and the BMC project team we were able to deliver a superior product with minimal time delays.

BMC have completed 3 projects for me to date. They are integral in the planning stages to spec optimal materials in conjunction with the architect to allow smoother procurement, improved practical application and accuracy in scheduling. I have recently built my own home with BMC and they delivered well ahead of schedule and to a high architectural standard. They achieved this despite lockdown interruptions by a combination of thorough planning, early procurement to mitigate potential delays along with well organised project management. Delivering ahead of schedule and on budget is an impressive achievement in the current environment.
