BMC were engaged to undertake this striking townhouse development, consisting of 9 contemporary units on the busy Cranford st in Christchurch. This project had a number of challenges due to the site’s location but between the client’s consultant and the BMC project team we were able to deliver a superior product with minimal time delays.
