Burlington Retirement Village is unique to New Zealand. This new, integrated retirement village is currently under construction and is located on Preston’s Road, Christchurch. We have completed 30 homes in this development over the past 18 months and have another 6 currently under construction.

Our team have worked closely with the project consultants throughout this project to ensure budgets and timelines are met. The close relationship between BMC and the project consultants has enabled us to make improvements to the houses throughout the duration of this development, these improvements also being implemented on the Banbury Park and Coastal View Villages.
